PROSidingSource sources materials directly from the manufacturer (James Hardie, Allura, or other approved suppliers). All orders are built to customer specifications and shipped directly to the customer’s jobsite, warehouse, or designated facility.
Before an order is placed, customers will receive a detailed proposal for review. By approving an estimate, purchase order, or email confirmation, the customer confirms that all quantities, colors, textures, profiles, and product types are correct.
Delivery dates are based on manufacturer production schedules and freight availability. Lead times provided by PROSidingSource are estimates only and may change due to supply-chain conditions, weather, or trucking delays. PROSidingSource is not liable for project delays caused by manufacturer or carrier issues.
Because materials are made-to-order and shipped directly from the manufacturer:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO CANCELLATIONS, AND NO REFUNDS—UNLESS PROSIDINGSOURCE MADE AN ERROR.
If we make a mistake in quantity, product type, or color based on the approved purchase order, we will correct the issue at no cost to the customer.

All material warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. PROSidingSource does not modify or extend manufacturer warranties in any way.
PROSidingSource’s liability is limited solely to correcting errors we directly make. In no event shall PROSidingSource be responsible for:

If PROSidingSource is at fault, we will correct the issue at no cost to you. Damage occurring during shipping must be reported within 24 hours with photos and noted on the delivery receipt.
